Why do I do this?
I was a Senior Process Engineer in the mining industry after all. Why bother teaching English?
I have been in mining for a long time now, more than 20 years. I have spent a lot of my working time, either travelling to, or working in non-English speaking countries.
I see exceptional talent all around. But alot of them aren’t getting noticed. They miss out on the next opportunities and they cannot provide the kind of life they want for their families? Why?
Their communication skills in English are not good enough to allow them to stand out as they should. They avoid speaking if they have to speak in English and so they are overlooked for the next big opportunity.
